These terms apply to orders placed in the online store elektroniskascenuzimes.lv operated by SIA Amber Cloud, registration No. 40203544341, VAT No. LV40203546908, Ieroču 14, Rīga, LV-1013, Latvia, e-mail info@elektroniskascenuzimes.lv, phone +371 286 862 84. The store is intended primarily for business customers (B2B). Consumer rights under Latvian and EU law apply to purchases made by consumers and are not limited by these terms.
1. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in EUR excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to the buyer’s country and VAT status (valid EU VAT number: reverse charge, 0 %). Orders are paid by bank transfer against the invoice attached to the order confirmation. Goods are reserved for 7 days after ordering and dispatched after payment is received. Quotes for larger projects (typically 1,000+ labels, base stations, cloud licences) are prepared individually.
2. Delivery
Delivery within Latvia is free. Delivery to other EU countries costs EUR 29 per order and is free for orders over EUR 1,000 (excluding VAT). Delivery outside the EU costs EUR 59 per order; import duties and taxes in the destination country are borne by the buyer. Typical delivery time is 5–15 working days depending on stock; we confirm the expected date after payment.
3. Checking the delivery
Please check the shipment on receipt. Visible transport damage or missing items must be reported to us within 3 working days, with photos, so that we can claim from the carrier and replace the goods.
4. Warranty and defective goods
ZKONG electronic shelf labels, base stations and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with ZKONG’s warranty terms (generally 12 months from delivery, unless stated otherwise in the offer). Consumers have the statutory 2-year guarantee. If a product is defective, contact us with the order number, model, serial number and a description of the fault. Depending on the case we repair, replace or refund the product. Return shipping of confirmed warranty cases is at our cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use outside the specified conditions (temperature, humidity), mechanical damage, unauthorised modification or normal wear of consumables (e.g. batteries).
5. Returns of non-defective goods (business customers)
Electronic shelf labels are configured and registered to a specific store system when deployed. Unused, unregistered products in original undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with our prior agreement; a restocking fee of up to 15 % and the return shipping cost may apply. Products that have been registered to a cloud platform, custom-configured, or purchased under a project quote cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, by informing us in writing (e-mail is sufficient) and returning the goods within a further 14 days in their original condition. We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned goods; the cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. Software licences activated at the consumer’s request are excluded from withdrawal once activated.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account from which payment was received, normally within 14 days after the return or claim has been accepted. If a credit note is issued, it references the original invoice number.
